Project Overview
This multi-level retail and lifestyle center was developed as a contemporary commercial destination combining enclosed retail spaces with open-air terraces and circulation areas. The project includes a variety of commercial units supported by ground-level parking and essential service functions.

A contemporary retail destination shaped by layered commercial spaces, open-air circulation and a collaborative architectural design process.
CORE Design Lab contributed to the architectural design development as part of a wider multidisciplinary design team. The overall concept focuses on creating a clear relationship between indoor and outdoor commercial spaces while maintaining efficient movement, visibility and accessibility throughout the project.
