Project Overview

Architectural design proposal for a residential apartment complex in Damascus, Syria, designed in 2026. The project is developed on a 1,200 sqm plot and consists of four residential apartments, each with an approximate floor area of 150 sqm. The design is organized around a single central entrance and one shared staircase core serving all four units efficiently as the main service zone. The outdoor areas were also planned to include supporting amenities such as open and semi-open seating spaces, along with a dedicated jacuzzi area. Scope of work: Design Proposal only.
