Project Overview
This three-storey residential villa was designed as a contemporary family home that combines efficient planning with a strong connection to its outdoor spaces. The architectural composition is complemented by a complete landscape design including a one-car parking area, rear swimming pool, private garden and shaded outdoor seating zones.
Project Statement
A contemporary three-storey villa designed to integrate architecture, landscape and outdoor living within a compact residential plot.
The second-floor terrace was developed as an additional outdoor living space, incorporating a dedicated seating area and barbecue bar to extend the villa’s social and leisure functions beyond the interior.
