Project Overview
This compact two-storey villa was designed to create a comfortable contemporary home within an efficient footprint. The ground floor accommodates an open living and kitchen area with a direct connection to the outdoor spaces, while the upper floor contains two bedrooms and a shared bathroom.
Project Statement
A compact contemporary villa designed around efficient living, natural light and a seamless connection between architecture, landscape and outdoor life.
The exterior design was developed as an extension of the interior experience, incorporating a swimming pool, landscaped areas and a variety of open and semi-open seating zones. The architecture combines clean contemporary volumes with natural stone, warm wood details and generous glazing to strengthen the connection between indoor and outdoor living.
